  Bill Martindale, of All Point Builders provided a quote for the removal and replacement of a broken patio and for expanding it the width of the the house. Included in the quote was the repair of the mortar joint between the foundation wall and brick exterior wall. After reviewing several proposals, I contracted with All Point Builders due to the quality of their work and their reputation. Bill and his crew showed up on each of the three days that they said they would, and were here exactly at the stated time. They worked efficiently and answered the questions I had as they progressed. On the first day they removed the old broken patio, excavated the area where the replacement and expansion patios were to go, set the forms and placed the gravel and screening. The second day of work consisted of pouring the cement, which was no easy feat due to the fact that the cement needed to be transported to the location by wheelbarrow from the truck, and finishing it off. On the final day, the forms were removed and the expansion joints were cut into the patio and the repair to the foundation wall was also done. All Point Builders did a great job and sloped the patio away from the house to mitigate some water pooling issues that I had. They did an excellent job in cleaning up and restoring the yard. They are very highly regarded by me.
