  Extremely incompetent. You schedule delivery for 5 days for your furniture and they don't show up. You call to see what's going on and are told they went home for the day. We called them three times earlier today and were assured they would be here in 15 minutes. They do not communicate with each other. We had furniture delivered before they dropped and put a hole in after we waited a week for it. It took 3 weeks for them to "fix it" and 4 different trips to our apartment having the wrong tools or not knowing how to fix it. We knew better than to use them again and Suprise! Rent a center messed up again. Waist of time and money. Go somewhere else!
