  Good service when buying a phone, however they don't back up their phones as well as they should. My Samsung S8 Active's screen chipped somehow after my having it a week, and I didn't get in til 2.5 weeks after purchase...so they wouldn't do a thing. 3 days late, and nothing they can do. Thanks for nothing. Also, sent us to Ann Arbor with hopes of getting the issue fixed, and they said there is nothing they can do because we got the phone from a 3rd party store. Last time I get anything from Sprint or Samsung.

  Earl has been non-stop help for the past two years. He is charismatic, informative, and always treats us with the most respect. I could give two craps about what phone provider we have, as long as Earl is there to help. For as long as Spring has Earl, they have our loyalty. Thank you.
