  I purchased a remnant from this store, when I originally went in the woman I spoke with was really helpful, but I didn't purchase at that time. I went back and a abrupt, rude man waited. Once I decided and finished my purchase, he left the rug at the front door, I asked if he would help me take it to my car and he refused saying " I look strong enough to handle it", I was well over 50 years old at the time and struggled to get it to my car. I will never, ever purchase anything from this store again.
